The hotel was smaller than expected with a few maintenance issues, yet the staff were helpful and kind, and the location was very convenient. The dining experience was lacking in variety, but the facilities were decent.
I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel! The rooms were clean, spacious, and had great windows that opened for fresh air, making me feel comfortable. The service was outstanding with friendly and accommodating staff. The location was perfect, close to attractions and restaurants with a wonderful view despite stormy weather. The dining experience was varied and good, and the facilities were top-notch.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel; the location is fantastic right in Canal Park with many attractions nearby. The rooms were cozy with a balcony overlooking the lake, but the prices can get quite high during peak times. The service left much to be desired, with staff being loud early in the morning and acting inappropriately.
